Back in 2010, I stumbled upon my online journey as a virtual assistant. I was initially assigned small behind-the-scenes tasks, but as I worked under the name My Virtual Genius, I've been referred to as "my right hand," "administrative coordinator," "booking agent." and many more!
While I still handle tasks that business owners typically don't have time for, I also familiarize myself with your business inside and out. I'm your trusted co-pilot who keeps everything running smoothly, all while being a kind and genuine voice for your audience. Together, we make a great team.
As someone with big ideas, it can be challenging to bring them to life without some extra support. That's where I come in - I help bridge the gaps and keep the ideas flowing, so we can make them a reality.

My clients and I communicate through email along with monthly or bi-weekly meetings where we discuss goals and what’s coming up ahead, and what is needed from each other. I’m available Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm (excluding holidays) and we can chat through email, slack, voxer in between our meetings…really whatever you prefer!

My minimum package is $500 a month. Most of my clients find this package perfect for their needs when we begin. I also accept short-term projects when I have availability. Rates start at $60/hour based on the scope of work & timeline.

You fill out the form (Let’s Talk) and I’ll get back to you within 48 business hours. We discuss your business, your plans, and your pains. Together we discuss tasks that you hate doing, don’t have time for, and would love to hand off.
Then, I’ll write up a proposal with our call details and the next steps if you’d like to move forward. If so, I’ll send over a contract & invoice, you sign the contract, pay your first month via PayPal + schedule our first official meeting.
We will have another call - our jump-off call, where the fun really begins. We will go over the tasks in’s and outs, share information, and make sure we log in to any two-step authentication websites, and the real work starts - on my end!

A self-taught web designer with a previous career in human services, Nichole wears many hats! She transitioned to working online as a virtual assistant once she became a mom because it enabled her to pursue her passion for supporting people as they built their businesses and put her diverse skill set to work. She has continued growing her expertise in our ever-growing online world and now works hand-in-hand with business owners as their online business manager, administrative coordinator, and overall “right-hand lady”. She believes that loving what you do is crucial.
When she’s not helping her clients, you can find her at a concert, creating art, bingeing on reality TV, spending weekends on the Rhode Island coast with her family during the summer, and Instagramming her adorable pup, Fiona.
